St. Martin Hall
St. Martin Hall is a new student residence hall and has received partial renovations (new HVAC and fire systems).
Hall Style: Suite (Two students share a double room and they are connected to another double room by a bathroom with a shower, toilet and two sinks). There are no single rooms.
Occupants: 280 students, 8 Resident Assistants and 1 Hall Director.
Double rooms are 9' x 22'6" with the windows sized at 48" x 59". As this hall is not carpeted, the recommended rug size is a 8' x 12’ or two 4' x 6'.
The furniture can be lofted. Each student has a twin XL bed, desk, desk chair, desk carrell and access to a closet (or wardrobe in the triples).
Each room has an ethernet and wireless connection and the University has a Xfinity streaming package.
Heat and Air Conditioning are available on a seasonal schedule.
A common area lounge and laundry room (included in room rate and detergent is provided) are located on the lower level.
Housekeeping services the student bathrooms twice a week and maintains all common areas. Toilet tissue is provided.
