Severn Hall is a new student residence hall. The first floor was partially renovated in 2007 and the remainder of the hall was renovated in 2013.

Hall Style: Cluster (Five double rooms share a standalone bathroom with 2 showers, 2 2 toilets, and 2 sinks). There are 4 clusters on each floor and 1 triple room (with private bath). There are no single rooms.

Occupants: 215 students, 5 Resident Assistants and 1 Hall Director

Double rooms are approximately 9' x 12'6" and triple rooms are approximately 27' x 12'. The windows are approximately 55” x 56”.

All rooms are carpeted and the furniture can be lofted. Each student has a twin XL bed, desk, desk chair, desk carrell and access to a closet.

Each room has an ethernet and wireless connection and the University has a Xfinity streaming package.

Heat and Air Conditioning are available on a seasonal schedule.

A common area lounge, classroom and laundry room (included in room rate and detergent is provided) are located on the lower level.

Housekeeping services the student bathrooms twice a week and maintains all common areas. Toilet tissue is provided.
