Nanticoke Hall is a new student residence hall and was renovated in 2011.

Hall Style: Suite (Two students share a double room and they are connected to another double room by a bathroom with a shower, toilet and two sinks). There is one single room.

Occupants: 147 students, 6 Resident Assistants and 1 Hall Director

Room sizes vary. Windows- 1st floor 67" x 44", 2nd floor 58" x 44", 3rd floor 54" x 44".

All rooms are carpeted and the furniture can be lofted. Each student has a twin XL bed, desk, desk chair, desk carrell and access to a closet.

Each room has an ethernet and wireless connection and the University has a Xfinity streaming package.

Heat and Air Conditioning are available on a seasonal schedule.

A common area lounge, classroom and laundry room (included in room rate and detergent is provided) are located on the lower level.

Housekeeping services the student bathrooms twice a week and maintains all common areas. Toilet tissue is provided.
