Sea Gull Square
The five-story Sea Gull Square (SGS) is a returning student residence hall with 185 apartment-style units.
Sea Gull Square opened in 2012 as SU’s main campus 12-month residence hall. Beginning with fall ’26, SGS will undergo a 5-year kitchen renovation plan. During that time, a limited number of 9-month contracts will be offered as one wing is taken off-line each summer.
95% of the units are 4 bedroom/2 bath. The following make up the remainder of the building: four 4x4 apartments, two 3x2 apartments, two 2x2 apartments, one 2x1 apartment and one 1x1 apartment.
Housekeeping services are not provided within the apartment, and students must bring their own toilet tissue.
