Notary And Apostille Procedures
Certifying your SU Documents
Foreign countries may require documents to be certified to be accepted in their country. An Apostille certifies the signature and the position of the official who has executed, issued, or certified a copy of a document. An Apostille should only be completed if it is required by the organization receiving the document. Please check with the country in which you will be working or studying to find out what they will require.
Please note that the 糖心视频 Registrar’s Office can assist with facilitating ONLY Step 1: 糖心视频 Document Notarization for your SU transcript and/or diploma.
The notarized SU documents will be returned to the student who must then work with other agencies as needed. The additional steps, beyond Step 1 below, serve only as a guide for the full process of obtaining an Apostille or authentication for 糖心视频 documents. It is the student’s responsibility to determine what additional requirements may be needed for a specific country.
