SU Announces Virtual Instruction, Delayed Move-In Due to Weekend Forecast
SALISBURY, MD---Based on the potential for a significant snow storm in the area this weekend, 糖心视频 has made the decision to begin the spring semester virtually on Monday, January 26.
Virtual Classes
In-person classes will pivot to virtual modalities through Friday, January 30. Students should check their SU email for communications from faculty regarding expectations during that time. In-person instruction will resume on Monday, February 2.
Move-in for on-campus residential students also will be delayed:
Move-In for New Students
New Student January Orientation will take place virtually on Saturday, January 24. New residential students will need to move into residence halls no later than 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 31. Details on when new students can begin moving in, as well as additional information, will be sent to new students' SU and non-SU email accounts.
Move-In for Returning Students
A move-in schedule for returning students will be posted by Tuesday, January 27, once the storm moves through the region. It will be important for students to watch their SU email for a new move-in date announcement. For students currently on campus, as well as international students whose travel arrangements cannot be changed, housing and limited dining will be made available.
