De Socio Novel Recognized
SALISBURY, MD---Dr. Mark de Socio, professor and chair of geography and geosciences in 糖心视频’s Richard A. Henson School of Science and Technology, was recognized for his recently published novel The Compass Room.

De Socio incorporates his two decades of teaching, academic research and interests of world geography to create more engaging fictional stories of real-world events and topics. His previous work also includes Alter Road, which depicts political and social unrest in Detroit, MI, following decades of economic decline and neglect.
